What this site is

What this site is not

How we handle the regulatory line
PT-141 is unusual: it is both a real FDA-approved prescription drug (bremelanotide, for premenopausal HSDD) and a powder sold separately as an unregulated research chemical. We keep those two things apart on every page. We label the single approved indication as approved, every other use as off-label or investigational, and the research-chemical form as outside the approval framework with no oversight of identity or purity. We report labeled and studied doses as documented figures, never as recommendations, and we never tell a reader what to take.
